A calmer operating rhythm

Your office supplies the judgment. We organize everything around it.

The workflow is intentionally narrow: connect once, review one brief, and keep sensitive situations in human hands.

01

Connect your Google profile

You authorize the office through Google OAuth. We never ask for or store your Google password.

02

We prepare the response

New reviews are organized by urgency and drafted in the voice your practice approves during onboarding.

03

Your team makes the call

Approve safe replies from one email. Sensitive reviews are separated with a clear reason and next step.

04

Approved replies are posted

Only an approved reply moves to Google. Every decision is recorded for an easy-to-follow history.

Designed around people

The right information, for the right person.

A busy office manager should not see a technical control panel. A practice owner should not have to inspect every routine reply. Each view has one job.

Office manager

A morning email with the original review, suggested reply, safety reason, and a clear approve, rewrite, or follow-up action.

Practice owner

A concise picture of escalations, unresolved issues, approval history, and what patients consistently praise or question.

Our operations team

Connection health, failed jobs, overdue decisions, customer onboarding, and the next recovery action—never patient-clinical details.

Control is the product

Fast should never mean careless.

Dental reviews can touch billing, privacy, discomfort, and trust. The system is designed to slow down exactly when it should.

OAuth, never passwords

Access is granted through Google and can be revoked by the practice.

Human approval by default

The pilot starts in manual mode. Nothing posts until an authorized person approves it.

Sensitive reviews stay separate

Billing, privacy, safety, legal, or angry reviews never enter a bulk-approval action.

A visible decision trail

Drafts, approvals, rewrites, posting attempts, and failures are logged in plain language.

Beyond the reply

Turn review patterns into better office conversations.

A short weekly brief separates recurring praise from operational friction, so your team knows what to protect and what to improve.

Founding practice pilot

Start narrow. Earn trust. Expand when it works.

The first pilot is intentionally high-touch: one location, manual approvals, an agreed office voice, and a review together after the first 20 responses.

Single-location pilot

$499 / month

  • Google review monitoring
  • Voice-matched reply drafts
  • Daily approval email
  • Sensitive-review escalation
  • Weekly clarity brief

Pilot scope and pricing are confirmed before any Google connection. No long-term commitment is implied by the walkthrough.

Common questions

Clear before you connect.

Does the office have to learn another dashboard?+

No. The daily approval email is the primary workspace. The dashboard is optional for history, settings, and trends.

Can AI post a bad reply automatically?+

Not in the launch pilot. Manual approval is the default, and sensitive reviews are locked out of bulk approval.

Do you need access to patient records?+

No practice-management or clinical-record integration is required. The workflow operates on Google review content and practice-approved response guidance.

What does onboarding require?+

One short setup session, Google authorization, an approval email, escalation contacts, and a few examples of replies you like and dislike.
