Founding-program scope
Pricing, included services, location count, support expectations, provider access, cancellation, and any usage charges are confirmed before purchase or Google connection.
Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for authorized users, the accuracy and appropriateness of approved public responses, lawful communication with patients and customers, and avoiding sensitive patient details in public content.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for fake reviews, incentives conditioned on review sentiment, selective positive-only solicitation, review suppression, unlawful messaging, harassment, impersonation, or attempts to compromise systems or accounts.
AI-assisted content
AI may assist with drafts and organization. Drafts can be incomplete or inappropriate. Human review and approval remain required unless a separate, validated agreement explicitly states otherwise.
No guaranteed outcomes
