A plain-language starting point for how information is handled.
Effective July 19, 2026. This policy covers this website and founding-program inquiries.
Information you provide
When you request a walkthrough, you may provide your name, business name, email address, role, website, and a message. We use that information to respond to your request and evaluate whether the service is a fit.
Website information
Hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and requested pages for delivery, security, and reliability. We do not represent the current website as using advertising profiles.
Connected-account information
If you later join the founding program, any Google connection occurs through OAuth. Access scope, retention, deletion, export, and subprocessors are explained before connection. BizClarity does not ask for your Google password.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide and secure the agreed service, troubleshoot failures, maintain decision history, and improve the workflow. Identifiable customer comments are not represented as being used for model training without permission.
Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers needed to host, secure, communicate, and operate the service. BizClarity does not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection by emailing hello@bizclarityinsights.com. Legal or security obligations may require limited retention.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the product and provider stack mature. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
